Another interesting guest on our podcast is Daniel Rajnoch, who founded and is currently developing the fintech startup Invest Bay. This startup deals with crowdowning, which is similar to crowdfunding, but it connects investors more with the ownership of the thing – in the case of Invest Bay, real estate. Dan explains crowdowning in more detail in the podcast itself.
One of the interesting things we discussed is the use of tokens written on the blockchain to represent ownership interest. Dan explains interesting ideas such as creating a secondary market for these tokens or perhaps the concept of investor voting. But he also talked about cooperation with partners such as Mastercard, FinTech Hub CEE and other interesting topics.
