The BigTechs are globally active technological companies and the biggest and most prevalent companies in the IT sector. By the end of 2020 four US companies – Amazon, Apple, Google, and Microsoft the most important companies in the world. They are dominating thanks to their ability to understand the market and access to large amounts of data.
No BigTech has been born yet in EU and this market is controlled by US companies that don’t have a domestic rival.
