The main goal of the project is to improve the status of women caring for small children on the labor market in the South Bohemian Region – specifically in Písek. It will help the target group (women) to reconcile work and family obligations, which are among the key topics of modern womanhood.

- Working and balance diagnostics
- Training courses
- Implementation of internships and job
