“Dear Colleagues,
I would like to give you a final reminder, that the EC have launched an Open Public Consultation (OPC) for the Institutionalised partnerships in Horizon Europe. This public consultation aims to collect the views of stakeholders and citizens on the need for such Institutionalised European Partnerships and will feed into the impact assessment process. As such, this consultation *is vital to ensure Smart Networks and Services is shown to be broadly supported by European industry and the research community*. Up to now the response from our community has been disappointing, I would remind you this will set the agenda for European research for the next 10 years and as such please take the time to make your voice heard. To this end I strongly urge all organisations to respond to this consultation. To help in this task, I attach a draft version of the 5G industry association response, which I hope will be helpful in finding a common direction. *The deadline is November 6^th *.
I have included at the end of this email further information about the consultation. Please let me know if you have and feedback or suggestions on the draft association position.
